OZONETTE VET is a compact medical ozone generator specifically developed for veterinary ozone therapy applications, with a focus on small animals. The device is designed by SEDECAL – Medical Ozone Generators in collaboration with veterinary professionals and Spanish universities, integrating the latest technological advances in the field of medical ozone therapy.

The generator provides precise and safe generation of an ozone–oxygen (O₃/O₂) gas mixture, with accurate measurement and control of ozone concentration in the range of 1–80 µg/Nml, in full compliance with international standards for medical devices.

How the Device Works

OZONETTE VET features three main operating modes, ensuring flexibility across different veterinary treatment protocols:

• Syringe Operation Mode – automatic mode for syringe use, with automatic syringe size detection, a dual-valve system, and automatic pressure compensation to prevent leaks, ensuring safety for both the operator and the animal.

• Continuous Operation Mode – continuous mode with independently adjustable flow rate and automatic overpressure detection, suitable for localized bag therapies (open and closed systems) as well as for liquid ozonation.

• Manual Operation Mode – manual mode providing full user control, allowing programming of ozone concentration and variable flow while the system monitors delivered volume and dose in real time.

Technologies and Safety

OZONETTE VET incorporates advanced technologies to ensure stability, accuracy, and protection:

• ACM algorithm for mathematical calculation of ozone concentration;

• N – automatic normalization of measurements according to pressure and temperature;

• DC – dynamic flow control, maintaining a stable ozone concentration;

• OC – automatic overpressure detection.

The generator tube is compact, high-precision, and chemically inert to ozone, providing high mechanical strength and uniform gas flow distribution. Ozone generation is performed via a High Voltage Generator™ using dielectric discharge technology.

The device includes a dual independent residual ozone elimination system, consisting of two internal maintenance-free catalysts.
