WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS POLICY

1. General Provisions
This
Warranty and Complaints Policy governs the terms and procedures for submitting
complaints, exercising warranty rights, and servicing products purchased
through all websites, online stores, and electronic services owned or operated
by S & K Company Ltd.
This Policy
has been prepared in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic
of Bulgaria, the relevant legislation of the European Union, and the applicable
consumer protection laws.
2. Right to Submit a Complaint
Every
Customer has the right to submit a complaint if the delivered goods do not
conform to the sales contract, provided that the conditions established by the
applicable legislation are met.
Complaints
may be submitted within the statutory time limits.
3. Submission of a Complaint
A complaint
may be submitted:
- by e-mail;
- in writing to the Company's
registered address;
- through the contact form
available on the relevant website, where applicable.
When
submitting a complaint, the Customer should provide:
- the order or invoice number;
- a description of the issue;
- photographs or videos, where
applicable;
- the preferred method of
resolving the complaint;
- contact details.
4. Complaint Inspection
Upon receipt
of the complaint, the Company will inspect the product.
Where
necessary, additional information may be requested or the product may be sent
for technical examination.
5. Methods of Resolving a
Complaint
If the
complaint is found to be justified, the Company may, depending on the specific
circumstances and the applicable legislation, offer one of the following
remedies:
- repair of the product;
- replacement with a new product;
- reduction of the purchase
price;
- refund of the purchase price;
- any other remedy provided for
by the applicable legislation.
6. Warranty Conditions
The products
are covered by the warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer, importer,
or S & K Company Ltd., where applicable.
For certain
products, the warranty conditions may be specified in:
- the warranty certificate;
- the user manual;
- an individual agreement;
- the manufacturer's official
documentation.
7. Professional Equipment
For
professional equipment, including:
- ozone systems;
- medical equipment;
- diagnostic equipment;
- spa equipment;
- other professional devices,
special
warranty conditions, service procedures, installation requirements, training
requirements, and periodic maintenance requirements may apply.
Where
applicable, professional equipment is supplied together with user training.
8. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty
does not cover damage resulting from:
- improper use;
- failure to follow the
manufacturer's instructions;
- mechanical damage;
- improper transportation;
- improper storage;
- unauthorized repair or
modification;
- use of incompatible consumables
or accessories;
- normal wear and tear;
- force majeure events.
9. Limitation of Liability
S & K
Company Ltd. shall not
be liable for damages resulting from improper operation of the product, failure
to follow the operating instructions, or use of the product for purposes other
than those for which it is intended.
