OZONETTE is a compact medical ozone generator that integrates advanced technologies in the field of ozone therapy. Developed by SEDECAL – Medical Ozone Generators, the device is intended for professional ozone therapy applications where high concentration accuracy, reliable control, and maximum safety are required.

The generator provides precise and stable generation of an ozone–oxygen (O₃/O₂) gas mixture, with controlled ozone concentration in the range of 1–80 µg/Nml (1 µg/Nml steps), fully compliant with international standards for medical devices.

How the Device Works

OZONETTE features three main operating modes, ensuring flexibility and versatility for different therapeutic protocols:

• Syringe Operation Mode – an automatic mode for syringe use, with automatic syringe size detection, a dual-valve system, and automatic pressure compensation to prevent leaks and enhance safety for both patient and operator.

• Continuous Ozone Operation Mode – a continuous mode with independently adjustable flow rate, suitable for localized therapies, open and closed systems, as well as liquid ozonation, with automatic overpressure detection.

• Manual Operation Mode – a manual mode providing full user control, allowing programming of ozone concentration and variable flow, while the system monitors delivered volume and dose in real time.

Technologies and Safety

OZONETTE incorporates advanced technologies for stability and protection:

• ACM algorithm for mathematical calculation of ozone concentration;

• N – automatic normalization of measurements according to pressure and temperature;

• DC – dynamic flow control, continuously monitoring gas flow to maintain the set concentration;

• OC – automatic overpressure detection.

The generator tube is manufactured from high-quality 316L stainless steel, resistant to ozone and offering high mechanical strength, ensuring uniform gas flow distribution. The device includes a dual independent residual ozone elimination system, with two internal maintenance-free catalysts.
