OZONETTE DENT is a compact medical ozone generator, specifically developed for dental and oral ozone therapy applications where high precision, control, and safety are required. The device is part of the SEDECAL – Medical Ozone Generators portfolio and incorporates the latest technological solutions in the field of medical ozone therapy.

The generator provides precise and stable generation of an ozone–oxygen (O₃/O₂) mixture, with measurement and control of the concentration in the range of 1 to 80 µg/Nml, in compliance with international standards for medical devices.

Key Features and Technologies

OZONETTE DENT offers three operating modes, enabling flexible use in various dental procedures:

• Syringe Operation Mode – an automatic mode for syringe operation, featuring automatic syringe size detection, a dual-valve system, and automatic pressure compensation to prevent leaks.

• Continuous Ozone Operation Mode – a continuous mode with adjustable flow and automatic overpressure detection, suitable for liquid ozonation and localized therapies.

• Injector Operation Mode – a manually controlled mode using an injector, allowing real-time control of concentration, flow rate, and delivered dose.

The system incorporates dynamic flow control, automatic normalization of measurements according to pressure and temperature, and automatic overpressure detection, ensuring a high level of operational safety.

The generator tube is made of high-quality 316L stainless steel, resistant to ozone and providing high mechanical strength. The device features a dual independent residual ozone neutralization system with internal maintenance-free catalysts.
