CARROT, BROCCOLI, GARLIC, LIME, TURMERIC AND BLACK PEPPER

PRODUCTS:

• 1 pc. carrot

• 1 pc. small broccoli

• ½ clove garlic (to taste)

• juice of ½ lime

• 1 dessert spoon of turmeric powder

• 1 dessert spoon of black pepper powder


HOW TO PREPARE?

Wash and dry the broccoli and lime with a towel or kitchen paper, grate the carrot and wash well. If the food is organic, it is not necessary to peel it. Peel the garlic clove and then chop all the ingredients and add them to the blender. Let the ingredients emulsify inside the blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Serve, add the turmeric and black pepper and drink immediately.


WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?

We will obtain it from the conversion of beta-carotene, present in carrots and other green fruits and vegetables such as broccoli.
